BBC Three had a problem. People didn’t realise it was only available online. To let audiences know about all the outrageous content they were missing out on, we wanted to celebrate all the things you can say and show on the net, that you would never get away with on traditional media.
Trying to get outrageous content onto traditional media channels always involves discussions with legal teams. We wanted to have some fun with this and send an uncensored cut of our TV ad to the BBC Legal Department. We would then use their real, mortified responses. .
